2021-22 Extended Day Registration Packet

The Gladstone Extended Day Program offers before and after school care to students who attend John Wetten Elementary School and Gladstone Center for Children and Families. The purpose of our program is to provide educational, recreational and social enrichment opportunities for children in grades K-5 in a quality care setting.

Many children spend much of their impressionable years in childcare environments. Our school, staff and community constantly strive to provide your child with a positive program that encourages healthy physical, mental and emotional growth in a comfortable and caring environment.

To be eligible for enrollment, a child must be enrolled in John Wetten Elementary School or Gladstone Center for Children and Families, grades K-5, and have a health form completed by a physician on file with the school, including immunization records.

A completed registration form including a deposit must be turned in prior to a child attending the program.
