Project Access NOW [PAN] works with safety net clinics, all area hospital systems, and most of the major specialty and multi-specialty clinics in metropolitan Portland to provide donated health care to those who remain uninsured and meet specific income guidelines.

PAN offers low or no cost medications to uninsured or under-insured clients who meet the guidelines and community assistance. They also have a community assistance program working with discharge patients to resources they need for a safe discharge.
