Check Your Child’s Progress

ParentVue to help parents track student progress
This month, we are pleased to  introduce a new parent portal for middle school and high school called ParentVue, part of our new Synergy student data system.  This system was chosen by school districts across Clackamas County and across Oregon, resulting in greater cost efficiency and easier data transfer for students who move between schools. Thanks for your patience while we worked the kinks out of this new system to make it work better for you. Our apologies that this took longer than expected.

How can I find out about my child’s progress?
Parent activation codes will be mailed to Kraxberger and Gladstone High parents before Winter Break. As soon as you receive this, activate your account:

1)  Visit
2)  Click the box that says “I am a parent,” and then click “I have an activation key and need to create my account.”
3)  Enter your first name and last name (exactly as written in your letter) and your 7-digit activation key.  This will allow you to set your own user name and password.
4)  Go back to the ParentVue link on your school website.  Log in with your user name and password.  You can now access grades, attendance information, and teacher contact links for each of your middle school and high school students.

What information can parents access through ParentVue?
For grades 6-12, ParentVue will provide access to grades and information about missing assignments, as well as attendance information and a way to email teachers.

Do students have access to the system?
Yes, middle school and high school students got instruction at school on how to check their grades.  They have their own log-in and password.

What if my student is struggling?
If your child is struggling in a class, start by emailing their teacher, or phoning the school counselor.  They can tell you about after school or Saturday school opportunities to get extra help.

If you have more questions about ParentVue, please email them to or call 503-974-5077.
