Gladstone School District Superintendent Bob Stewart is retiring at the end of the school year. An article by the Oregon School Board Association recognized Stewart for one of his "legacy achievements," the Gladstone Center for Children & Families.
OSBA wrote that the community health care and early learning center would not have been possible without the relationships he built with the school board and the community.
"One of the longest serving superintendents in Oregon, he is a testament to the power and rewards of a good superintendent-school board relationship," the article said.
