PLO & FMLA/OFLA LEAVE

Paid Leave Oregon offers staff job-protected leave with state paid benefits for certain leave reasons related to family leave, medical leave, and safe leave.

The Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Oregon Family Leave Act (OFLA)  entitles eligible employees of covered employers to take unpaid, job -protected leave for specified family and medical reasons not necessarily covered under PLO.
