Gladstone staff spent Jan. 2 participating in an equity cohort with former North Clackamas School District board member Daryl Dixon, who first started working with our school district in the year 2000.
Dixon led conversations about Oregon history and education as part of the professional development session designed to help us better understand the historical context of our education system and how we can better serve students and families.
Dixon will be returning in May to continue the conversation with all staff throughout our school district.
