Both robotics teams at Kraxberger Middle School are advancing to the state tournament. Kraxberger's Gearheads Robotics Team 8132 placed first, while our Team 8188 placed third on Feb. 8 at a qualifying tournament.
Team 8132 won all five matches, and 8188 won four matches with only one loss. During the alliance section, 8132 picked 8188 to pair with.
"Both teams went into the elimination match ready for a fight. After a tough battle both teams won all four matches," said Shawn Price, Gearheads coach.
